RAINBOW is more than 19 year old name in travel trade - initially formed to meet the market need in leisure with brand name of Rainbow Vacations Pvt. Ltd. at Jaipur, India. Over the period of time, we started to look for the new avenues in tourism & decided to start a new wing under the brand of Rainbow Trade fair Tours Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 with corporate office at Jaipur and first Sales & Promotion office at Mumbai setting new and promising trends in travel. Getting overwhelming response from Mumbai and Western & Southern India, we started our Sales and Promotion office at Delhi, Vadodara, Kolkata and Hyderabad along with representations in Pune, Indore and Ahmedabad.

We firmly believe in delivering quality travel solutions to the business and leisure travelers and admit 95% client retention which is the highest in travel trade in India. This shows our efforts becoming true to life. Our Trade Fair division led the biggest delegations to some of the renowned trade shows like Schweissen and Schneiden, ITMA Asia, Medica, Achema, CPhI Worldwide, K, Chinaplas and set the milestones in the industry.

We at RAINBOW are a team of highly experienced, energetic professionals with together experience of decades of practical knowledge to provide the best travel solutions for business or leisure. Our expansion plans includes building a capable and effective pan India network of travel professionals to grow with us and setting new trends in travel industry. In near future, we aspire to go international/overseas and bring the same synergy in overseas travel markets.

2020
: Successfully handled 03 groups – Arab Health 2020 Dubai, Med lab 2020 Dubai & Euroguss 2020 – Nurnberg, Germany prior to Covid restrictions on International travel.
2019
: Organized group tours for more than 1650 delegates for various trade fairs across globe.

: Led the 250 + members strong delegation to GIFA 2019 Dusseldorf, Germany.

: Won three titles in a row as Best Trade Fair Tour Operator in India / Innovation in Travel Business / Mice Industry Star.
2018
: Setup of new sales offices in Gujarat (Vadodara), Kolkata & Hyderabad.

: Complete renovation of our central office in Jaipur with State of art technology.
2017
: Rainbow creates history by taking the largest delegation to Medica 2017 (Dusseldorf, Germany), ever from India.

: Started promotion for other potential shows like Chemspec, Domotex and IFAT.
2016
: Renovation of all the offices with latest in Technology setup.

: 100+ Strong delegation to Drupa, Dusseldorf – The Largest Printing Machinery Exhibition.

: Largest delegation to Arab Health - With a combined strength of 75+ Visitors.

: Largest delegation to Medica for the 3rd successive year.

: Setting up Dedicated Back Office.

: Entry into Bicycle industry with 55+ member delegation to Eurobike from Ludhiana.

: Successfully handled 350 delegates at the same time in Germany in October.

: Biggest Group for Medica with 110+ delegates for the first time from India.

: Mumbai office shifted at Kandivali (E) with a dedicated Trade Fair Team.
